Early this March,2024, we trained 15 female journalists in Kabale on how to report for Climate change to drive action and resilience. The workshop training took place at Kings Hotel Kabale. The training included participants translating complicated climate theories into their local languages for easy comprehension when reporting and the participants voted this as their best part of the training.

Ariyo Benjamin, the Kabale district Forestry Officer encouraged journalists to utilize the resources available, and report on issues especially to do  with farming practices to help avert the effects of climate change.
